place precious capital, so we are working to create a company that meets the
needs of today's markets and builds for the future. We have chosen to purchase
and develop technologies with multiple uses and applications for both government
and industry in order to maximize sales potential. We are forging relationships
with various agencies, working to secure coveted government approvals and
endorsements, and building contacts in local law enforcement groups as well as
the entertainment industry and other private sector industries
to introduce and promote our products.
FIT possesses in-house design, fabrication, and testing
capabilities that greatly increase our effectiveness. We can develop a product
from a paper napkin concept, to 3D CAD designs, to production drawings, to
hands-on fabrication and testing all in one location. Our designers can get
closer to the viable end product without excessive spending on costly and time
consuming experimentation We can
perform virtual motion control, stress analysis, interference checks, and
many other virtual tests using state-of-the-art CAD programs. We have licenses
with BATFE (U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives), the
California State Fire Marshal and local governments.
We have access to 120 acres of property surrounded by thousand of acres of BLM
land that we use, under our licenses, for weapons and explosives product device
testing. All of these in-house capabilities give FIT
a distinct advantage over companies that must outsource various stages in the
evolution of new technologies. It allows us to cut development costs and the
ultimate cost of the product as well.
